    My favorite bumper sticker and the one I ride with is:

    "friends DON'T let friends EAT FARMED SALMON."

    It's big in Alaska Fishing communities.
    p.s. for illustration the capitalized words are in a larger font and bold.

      I saw that when I was vegetarian myself, but it still gave me a chuckle.

        an idea, or T.shirt concept.

        As a play on the Monkey see, monkey do, old motto

            I have one stored downstairs along with a bunch of old campaign buttons, that reads, "Bombing to stop war is like fucking to end overpopulation." I got it in 1967, but never put it on a car.

                  I guess every 'generation' has to relearn the truth in their own way.

                  I'm not real optimistic on our overall chances for survival to be honest, cultural lessons are learned too slowly
                  and, as the bumper sticker says, (something like) "In a few minutes any jackass can knock down the barn it took a community a week to build."

                  Er...something like that.
