Tue, September 25, 2007 - 5:39 PMEw... quick story -- I was driving through Joshua Tree National Monument a few Octobers ago, at 7ish am. I saw a big rock thingy on the road ahead... got closer... it was a TARANTULA!! Then I saw THREE more! Apparently it's tarantula migration season. EW!!
